  • Vacant 66,000 square foot shopping center built in 1997 on 12 acres that was redeveloped around the brand-new Dollar Tree / Family Dollar joint concept

  • 88-unit extended stay hotel

  • Acquired loan soon after it was restructured in bankruptcy

Hampton Inn

  • Acquired sub-performing loan and restructured loan to allow for 2nd mortgage so borrower could finance it’s required hotel flag PIP plan improvements

  • Once PIP improvements were complete and flag was renewed, borrower was able to refinance loan with traditional lender to pay off loan
